Palmer Imaging Arena is home to many exciting job opportunities, ranging from customer service to Zamboni drivers to on-ice instructors.

Open positions
We are always looking for great people to add to our team. Here is a list of current positions that we are seeking to fill. We do accept applications and resumes year round. Any applicants can pick up an application at our customer service desk and submit with resume.
Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices.
- Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Operations Attendant
- The Operations Attendant is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shifts as a member of the Operations Team. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices. The Building Attendant will safely operate the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) as per scheduled, and conduct a variety of sport and event set ups as needed throughout their shift.
- Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Skate Guard
- The Skate Guard is a key resource member of the Palmer Imaging Arena team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed.
- Must have weekend availability
